Interest: You can’t really tell if you are healthy without knowing your BFP. It is important for everyone to have a general idea of their BFP, even if they don’t need to lose weight. There are many ways to measure BFO but most people use callipers which take several measurements on different parts of the body and then calculate an average number based on these measurements. This method isn’t always accurate because there’s no way to get an exact measurement with this method since there’s no one perfect spot where all subcutaneous fat lies (the kind we’re measuring).
